• User submissions & summaries. You may submit only public or otherwise lawfully accessible video links. You keep whatever rights you already hold in those videos. The AI‑generated summary ("nugget") we produce is owned by nuggetly; we grant you a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to view, share, and embed that nugget. Commercial resale requires our written consent.
• Prohibited content. No harassment, hate, spam, malware, or adult content. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
• DMCA / takedowns. We respond to valid copyright notices and may remove infringing material or disable accounts of repeat infringers.
• Changes to the Service. Features may change or be discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
